This isn’t just a salon visit — it’s a whole experience. ⸻ Booking Policy • All appointments are reserved online with a non-refundable deposit that goes toward your service. • Time is sacred — please arrive promptly. A 10-minute grace period is honored, but after that your session may need to be rescheduled and your deposit forfeited. • Booking means you’re securing not just a time, but a personalized experience crafted just for you. ⸻ Cancellation Policy • Life happens, but we honor mutual respect. Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance. • Same-day cancellations and no-shows will result in the loss of your deposit and may require full prepayment for future bookings. • Consistency builds trust — repeated no-shows may result in limited booking access. A $20 Non-Refundable fee is due at the time of booking. It will go towards your service fee.
